about us

We are coaches who specialise in engineering and transactional process improvement. Our expertise comes from working in the international aerospace and marine industries. We've held senior improvement leadership roles: Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Robust Design Master Black Belt. We have led global improvement and lean leadership programmes delivering in excess of £10M in booked benefit and creating an enduring cultural change. We have developed people in the UK, Europe, the USA and India. We are proud of our ability to transfer our skills and knowledge, delivering independent improvement capability.

Our Lead Coach is Chris Bell. Chris holds 20 years of experience from working in multiple aerospace businesses, functions and roles. He is a Physicist and a Chartered Engineer. He has extensive experience of working with people to improve their lean leadership, teaming and way of working.
